Ce circuit r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ces exigences gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un haut niveau d\u2019int\u00e9gration qui \u00e9limine le recours \u00e0 des composants externes. Il permet \u00e9galement d\u2019abaisser la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 des niveaux de rendement sup\u00e9rieurs en fonctionnant sous une basse tension d\u2019alimentation unique, avec une tr\u00e8s basse consommation de courant par rapport aux actuelles solutions \u00e0 base de diode PIN.<\/p>\n<p>Fabriqu\u00e9 en technologie silicium, ce commutateur est propos\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier pour montage en surface LFCSP de 4 x 4&nbsp;mm. Il est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 pour fonctionner dans la bande de fr\u00e9quence comprise entre 0,7&nbsp;et 3,5&nbsp;GHz avec des pertes d\u2019insertion typiques de 0,6&nbsp;dB, une isolation \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 50&nbsp;dB, une excellente lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 de +68&nbsp;dBm et une tenue en puissance cr\u00eate de 44 W en mode de fonctionnement continu. Il dispose \u00e9galement d\u2019une solide protection contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (ESD) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2&nbsp;kV sur toutes les broches et int\u00e8gre une interface de commande rapide compatible avec la technologie CMOS pour une vitesse de commutation inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1&nbsp;\u00b5s. Enfin, son architecture sym\u00e9trique permet d\u2019utiliser indiff\u00e9remment les entr\u00e9es RF dans les applications de forte puissance.<\/p>\n<p><a
