Ses param\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques test\u00e9s \u00e0 100% \u00e0 175 \u00b0C pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de tension V<sub>REF<\/sub> de pr\u00e9cision 2% sur toute la gamme de temp\u00e9ratures de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +175 \u00b0C. Par ailleurs \u00e0 175\u00b0C, il pr\u00e9sente un rendement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 90% (pour des conversions de 12 V en entr\u00e9e en 3,3 V en sortie) sur une large gamme du courant de charge allant de 10 mA \u00e0 1 A, ce qui convient pour les applications aliment\u00e9es sur batterie que l\u2019on trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les dispositifs&nbsp;de forage. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode autorise un tr\u00e8s faible courant de repos, ce qui convient aux applications qui n\u00e9cessitent une autonomie plus importante de la batterie.<\/p>\n<p>Sur une seule puce, ce circuit int\u00e8gre des commutateurs de puissance internes, haut et bas, au rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, avec la diode \u00e9l\u00e9vatrice, l\u2019oscillateur, les circuits de contr\u00f4le et de logique n\u00e9cessaires.
