Lors de la derni\u00e8re conf\u00e9rence SID, le laboratoire de recherche a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son \u00e9cran TR-hybride (T pour OLED transmissif et R pour LCD r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant).<\/p>\n<p>La technologie Nikkei porte sur la fa\u00e7on dont les deux \u00e9crans sont physiquement entrelac\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cran de passer d&rsquo;un mode \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. La partie OLED de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran se trouve \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re d&rsquo;un \u00e9cran LCD r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant, l&rsquo;\u00e9mission lumineuse transmise \u00e0 travers des trous d\u00e9coup\u00e9s dans une partie des \u00e9lectrodes r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes. Les \u00e9crans LCD et OLED sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, leurs ratios respectifs d&rsquo;ouverture sont de 76% et 3,9%.<\/p>\n<p>Le laboratoire a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 capable de r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran en le contr\u00f4lant par des TFT fonctionnant \u00e0 basse fr\u00e9quence. Le rapport SEL indique avoir optimis\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode de commande d&rsquo;affichage pour am\u00e9liorer le contraste de l&rsquo;affichage de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran OLED de 1111:1 \u00e0 2850:1. Le prototype de l&rsquo;afficheur avait une r\u00e9solution de 768&#215;1024 avec une densit\u00e9 de pixel de 292ppi.<\/p>\n<p><a
