Ainsi la tension de sortie demeure \u00e0 la valeur de la tension r\u00e9gul\u00e9e ou en dessous de celle-ci pendant un court-circuit \u00e0 la masse, entre des broches adjacentes ou si une broche est en l\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Il fonctionne sur une gamme de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e, de 3,4 V \u00e0 40 V, avec une tension de sortie r\u00e9glable dans la gamme de 0,97 V \u00e0 18 V. Le r\u00e9glage de la fr\u00e9quence de commutation est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 via une r\u00e9sistance externe ou par synchronisation \u00e0 une horloge externe de 200 kHz \u00e0 3 MHz.<br \/>\nLe module pr\u00e9sente quatre modes de fonctionnement, en Burst Mode, en mode densit\u00e9 variable d\u2019impulsions avec et sans \u00e9talement de spectre, et un mode de synchronisation externe. Son courant de repos en Burst Mode est de 25 \u00b5A (max.), ce qui le rend bien adapt\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes aliment\u00e9s sur batterie, sp\u00e9cialement les syst\u00e8mes \u00aben service&nbsp;continu\u00bb. Pour une conversion de 12 V en entr\u00e9e en 3,3 V en sortie, le rendement de ce r\u00e9gulateur est de 90% et il g\u00e9n\u00e8re un courant de sortie de 3,5 A pour une temp\u00e9rature ambiante pouvant atteindre 100 \u00b0C, sans radiateur ni courant d\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ce circuit int\u00e8gre un r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage, une inductance et tous les composants n\u00e9cessaires dans un bo\u00eetier BGA de 6,25 x 9 x 3,32 mm. Pour compl\u00e9ter sa mise en \u0153uvre, seuls les gros condensateurs d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie sont requis. Il&nbsp; fonctionne sur les gammes de temp\u00e9rature de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 125 \u00b0C en classe I ou de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 150 \u00b0C en classe H.<\/p>\n<p><a
