La combinaison d&rsquo;une faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, d&rsquo;un facteur de forme compact et de la performance hors pair de ces circuits va permettre de contribuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;adoption massive d&rsquo;applications pour l&rsquo;Internet des objets fonctionnant sur batterie.<\/p>\n<p>Propos\u00e9s en bo\u00eetier QFN de 3 x 3&nbsp;mm, ces circuits int\u00e8grent toutes les fonctionnalit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour que les concepteurs puissent proposer des solutions compactes, l\u00e9g\u00e8res et d&rsquo;utilisation ais\u00e9e sur leurs march\u00e9s cibles. \u00c9conomes en \u00e9nergie de batterie, ils fonctionnent sous une tension d&rsquo;alimentation de seulement 1,8&nbsp;V et contribuent \u00e0 la conception basse consommation avec un courant de veille ultra-faible, de moins de 80&nbsp;nA en mode \u00abzero-power\u00bb lorsque le moteur est inactif.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, ces dispositifs d\u00e9livrent un courant de commande de moteur pouvant atteindre 1,3&nbsp;A efficace et, par cons\u00e9quent, conviennent \u00e0 une large gamme d&rsquo;applications telles que syst\u00e8mes de positionnement robotique, moteurs d&rsquo;imprimante, m\u00e9canismes de mise au point automatique sur les appareils-photo, moteurs de brosse \u00e0 dents \u00e9lectriques ou pompes pour seringues.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie se compose actuellement du STSPIN220 pour moteurs pas-\u00e0-pas, du STSPIN230 pour moteurs sans balai triphas\u00e9s (BLDC)&nbsp;et du STSPIN240 avec deux ponts MOSFET complets int\u00e9gr\u00e9s charg\u00e9s de commander 2 moteurs \u00e0 balai en courant continu. &nbsp;L&rsquo;\u00e9tage de puissance dont dispose chaque circuit comprend des MOSFET int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 haut rendement qui minimisent les pertes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et la dissipation thermique.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Le STSPIN220 peut commander des moteurs pas \u00e0 pas avec une r\u00e9solution de positionnement de 256 micro-pas, ce qui assure un mouvement extr\u00eamement fluide et un positionnement de haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Tous ces circuits embarquent des fonctions de protection compl\u00e8tes, notamment contre les surintensit\u00e9s, les temp\u00e9ratures excessives et les courts-circuits. Ces fonctions assurent un haut niveau de robustesse et de fiabilit\u00e9, m\u00eame dans les environnements industriels les plus difficiles, sans composants suppl\u00e9mentaires, ce qui r\u00e9duit
