Il utilise une fr\u00e9quence de commutation fixe de 2 MHz, ce qui donne aux concepteurs la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire la taille des composants externes et d\u2019\u00e9viter les bandes de fr\u00e9quences sensibles, comme la bande radio AM.<br \/>\nLe fonctionnement en Burst Mode r\u00e9duit le courant de repos \u00e0 seulement 6 \u00b5A et maintient l\u2019ondulation de la tension de sortie inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 15 mV cr\u00eate \u00e0 cr\u00eate. La combinaison d\u2019un bo\u00eetier DFN de 3 x 2 mm et de petits composants externes assure une empreinte tr\u00e8s compacte et r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt de la r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le commutateur interne de 170 mohms pr\u00e9sente des rendements jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90%, et un blocage en cas de sous-tension (UVLO) permet d\u2019optimiser le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me. Une seule r\u00e9sistance dans la boucle de r\u00e9gulation fixe la tension de sortie, qu\u2019elle soit positive ou n\u00e9gative, ce qui minimise le nombre de composants externes. Les autres caract\u00e9ristiques comprennent une compensation interne, un d\u00e9marrage progressif, le repliement de fr\u00e9quence et une protection par arr\u00eat thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Encapsul\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier DFN-8, de 3 x 2 mm et de faible profil de 0.75 mm, ce convertisseur est propos\u00e9 en classe E et, en option, en classe industrielles I pour un fonctionnement garanti dans la gamme
