Avec leur tension d&rsquo;alimentation de 3V, ces CI pr\u00e9sentent une consommation cr\u00eate de 3.6mA en mode \u00e9mission, et 3.3&nbsp;mA en mode r\u00e9ception. En mode sommeil profond, la consommation descend \u00e0 100&nbsp;nA.<\/p>\n<p>Le TC35678FXG comme le TC35678FSG int\u00e8grent 256&nbsp;Ko de Flash ROM int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, pour stocker les programmes utilisateur et les donn\u00e9es des applications autonomes, sans avoir recours \u00e0 un microcontr\u00f4leur h\u00f4te externe. La capacit\u00e9 m\u00e9moire d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux programmes utilisateur passe de 64&nbsp;Ko dans les produits pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, \u00e0 100&nbsp;Ko pour ces deux CI, ce qui autorise davantage de possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;extension aux programmes d&rsquo;application. Cette Flash ROM int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e9vite le recours \u00e0 une EEPROM externe, et contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt et la surface occup\u00e9e sur la carte, en r\u00e9duisant le nombre de composants externes.<\/p>\n<p>Le TC35678FXG est une version \u00ab\u00a0re-packag\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb du TC35678FSG, en bo\u00eetier QFN60, qui \u00e9tend le nombre d&rsquo;E\/S \u00e0 usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de 16 \u00e0 32. Il convient parfaitement aux dispositifs comme les claviers ou les t\u00e9l\u00e9commandes, qui ont besoin d&rsquo;un grand nombre de broches de commande. Par opposition, le TC35679FSG ne dispose d&rsquo;aucune Flash ROM int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et peut par cons\u00e9quent fonctionner avec un courant encore plus faible. Cela permet aux appareils aliment\u00e9s par batterie type \u00ab\u00a0pi\u00e8ce de monnaie\u00a0\u00bb de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une autonomie record.
