Au contraire, le c\u0153ur de l\u2019amplificateur LTC6433-15 est construit en utilisant une technique bipolaire SiGe, pour haute fr\u00e9quence. De ce fait, l\u2019amplificateur affiche les courbures \u00e9lev\u00e9es du bruit 1\/f et du bruit blanc bien plus bas, typiquement en dessous de 10kHz, ce qui permet de l\u2019employer \u00e0 de basses fr\u00e9quences jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100kHz, sans augmentation significative du niveau de bruit. De plus, le fonctionnement de composants du type GaAs et pHEMT d\u00e9pend fortement de la tension de polarisation de leur FET interne, qui peut beaucoup varier d\u2019un transistor \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Il n\u2019en est pas ainsi avec le LTC6433-15, dont le fonctionnement est stable sur la gamme de temp\u00e9ratures et d\u2019un composant \u00e0 l\u2019autre, et n\u2019est pas sensible aux variations de la tension d\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>La possibilit\u00e9 du LTC6433-15 de fonctionner \u00e0 basse fr\u00e9quence permet d\u2019\u00e9largir son utilisation et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer son fonctionnement pour une large gamme d\u2019applications d\u2019amplificateurs, comprenant les r\u00e9seaux c\u00e2bl\u00e9s, les sources de signaux large bande, les amplificateurs FI pour r\u00e9cepteur radar, les radios des bandes VHF\/UHF et l\u2019instrumentation de test RF. Le LTC6433-15 est une solution de rechange sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 de nombreuses solutions \u00e0 amplificateur op\u00e9rationnel qui ne requi\u00e8rent pas de couplage continu.<\/p>\n<p>Les entr\u00e9e et sortie du LTC6433-15 sont toutes les deux adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 50\u2126, de 100kHz \u00e0 1,4GHz, avec un gain constant \u00e0 \u00b11dB sur cette gamme de fr\u00e9quences. Sa bande passante \u00e0 -3dB est de 1,4GHz. L\u2019amplificateur requiert seulement un condensateur de blocage du continu en entr\u00e9e et en sortie, avec une bobine d\u2019arr\u00eat&nbsp;pour polariser sa sortie en collecteur ouvert, et un condensateur dans la boucle de r\u00e9gulation&nbsp;pour fixer l\u2019adaptation et le gain constant aux basses fr\u00e9quences. Le LTC6433-15 permet de simplifier la conception d\u2019un amplificateur large bande et facilite la mise en cascade, en utilisant un minimum de composants externes. Le circuit d\u2019\u00e9valuation DC2168A montre ces performances, couvrant la gamme 100kHz \u00e0 1GHz \u00e0 gain constant, bas niveau de bruit et performance de distorsion la meilleure du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC6433-15 fonctionne sur une seule alimentation de 5V. Il consomme un courant nominal de 95mA. Le composant est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 pour fonctionner avec une temp\u00e9rature du bo\u00eetier de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 85\u00b0C. L\u2019amplificateur est disponible en un bo\u00eetier plastique QFN, 4mm x 4mm. Le prix unitaire de d\u00e9part pour la version de classe A, aux performances garanties est de 4,89$, et pour la classe B de 1,89$, pour des quantit\u00e9s de 1000 pi\u00e8ces.
