Un condensateur additionnel permet de fonctionner de 300MHz \u00e0 500MHz. Le composant est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une interface SPI accordable, int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, permettant au d\u00e9modulateur de r\u00e9gler l\u2019OL d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e0 n\u2019importe quelle bande de fr\u00e9quences de 300MHz \u00e0 6GHz sans composants externes adapt\u00e9s. Le nouveau d\u00e9modulateur r\u00e9alise un OIP2 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 80dBm et un niveau de suppression de la bande lat\u00e9rale de 60dBc, assurant un meilleur fonctionnement du r\u00e9cepteur.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Le LTC5586 est d\u2019une conception \u00e0 moyenne fr\u00e9quence nulle qui d\u00e9module les signaux RF large bande, directement en bande de base en continu ou un couplage faible en moyenne fr\u00e9quence. Le d\u00e9modulateur se sert de la quadrature existant entre les deux canaux I et Q, qui contiennent toute l\u2019information suffisante disponible lorsque les deux canaux sont \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9s \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de la bande RF totale dont ils proviennent. Il en r\u00e9sulte que la vitesse d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage des convertisseurs analogiques num\u00e9riques (CAN) et le co\u00fbt peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00c0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du LTC5586, un commutateur RF s\u00e9lectionne une de ses deux entr\u00e9es pour un att\u00e9nuateur programmable via le bus s\u00e9rie pr\u00e9sent sur la puce. La gamme de contr\u00f4le du gain de cet att\u00e9nuateur d\u2019entr\u00e9e est de 31dB par pas de 1dB, ce qui permet au r\u00e9cepteur de convenir \u00e0 une large gamme de signaux d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Le d\u00e9modulateur consiste en des m\u00e9langeurs I et Q, chacun avec son OL respectif command\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9calage de phase en quadrature pr\u00e9cis et \u00e0 large bande. Une fois le signal d\u00e9modul\u00e9, deux amplificateurs \u00e0 gain programmable procurent les gains aux voies des signaux de bande de base I et Q. Le gain maximum de 7,7dB peut \u00eatre fix\u00e9 via le port s\u00e9rie par pas de 1dB, permettant aux utilisateurs de d\u00e9terminer, de fa\u00e7on optimale, les niveaux du signal tout en contr\u00f4lant directement une paire de CAN externes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">De plus, le LTC5586 poss\u00e8de un r\u00e9glage d\u2019accord unique, sur sa puce, pour permettre un calibrage simple via le port s\u00e9rie SPI. Par cette interface, l\u2019utilisateur peut ajuster les amplitudes I et Q et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de phase, de ce fait, le calibrage est grandement simplifi\u00e9 et permet de r\u00e9aliser une r\u00e9jection d\u2019image sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de 60dBc ou plus. La m\u00eame interface peut optimiser les performances en IIP2, IIP3, HD2 (distorsion du 2<sup>nd<\/sup> harmonique) et HD3, ce qui am\u00e9liore la performance quant \u00e0 la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 totale d\u2019un r\u00e9cepteur. Avec la bande de base du composant coupl\u00e9e en continu, sa tension de d\u00e9calage de z\u00e9ro en continu peut \u00eatre de z\u00e9ro, en incluant toute la cha\u00eene du signal de bande de base, pour que le d\u00e9calage de z\u00e9ro global reste dans les limites de r\u00e9glage du LTC5586.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC5586 est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en un bo\u00eetier plastique QFN, 5mm x 5mm. Les sorties I et Q peuvent contr\u00f4ler directement une paire de filtres inter-\u00e9tages&nbsp;et des CAN externes lorsqu\u2019ils&nbsp;se terminent sur une imp\u00e9dance diff\u00e9rentielle de 100\u2126. Ce qui offre une solution d\u2019empreinte compacte requ\u00e9rant peu de composants externes. Le composant est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 pour fonctionner avec une temp\u00e9rature de bo\u00eetier de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 105\u00b0C.
