Cette combinaison de r\u00e9gulateurs autorise une dissipation bien plus basse que celle de deux r\u00e9gulateurs LDO. Par exemple, pour une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e V<sub>IN<\/sub> de 12 V et une charge maximale sur les deux sorties, la puissance dissip\u00e9e se trouve diminu\u00e9e&nbsp;de plus de 2 W, r\u00e9duisant de mani\u00e8re significative la chaleur et le courant d\u2019entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u pour d\u00e9terminer le taux de couverture des tests de diagnostics des syst\u00e8mes ISO26262, ce circuit comprend de nombreuses caract\u00e9ristiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de gestion du syst\u00e8me. Ainsi, il convient \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019applications requ\u00e9rant un faible niveau de bruit, des lignes de puissance plus basse \u00e0 partir d\u2019une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e9lev\u00e9e comme les alimentations d\u2019\u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur ECU\/CAN pour l\u2019automobile, les alimentations domestiques, industrielles, des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et d\u2019usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 basse puissance, pour une conversion de 12 V \u00e0 5 V et 3,3 V.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dispositif optimise le rendement en faisant fonctionner la pompe de charges en mode 1&nbsp;: 2 sur la gamme de fonctionnement la plus large possible et, si n\u00e9cessaire, commute automatiquement en mode 1&nbsp;: 1 selon la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e V<sub>IN <\/sub>et les conditions de charge. Le courant d\u2019entr\u00e9e contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et un d\u00e9coupage \u00e0 faible vitesse de balayage minimisent les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) de conduction et de radiation. En outre, le composant pr\u00e9sente un faible courant de repos de seulement 20 \u00b5A, les deux sorties r\u00e9gul\u00e9es (sans charge), et de 0.5 \u00b5A \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La minuterie de chien de garde, les sorties indicatrices de tension r\u00e9gul\u00e9e et l\u2019entr\u00e9e de r\u00e9initialisation int\u00e9gr\u00e9e assurent un fonctionnement fiable du syst\u00e8me et autorisent une gestion des dysfonctionnements. Une sortie 1,1 V de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, bufferis\u00e9e, permet au syst\u00e8me d\u2019effectuer des diagnostics par autotests pour les applications de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 essentielles. Les caract\u00e9ristiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires incluent une protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s, une protection contre les d\u00e9passements de temp\u00e9rature et une tol\u00e9rance aux surtensions en entr\u00e9e de 38 V.<\/p>\n<p>Ce composant est propos\u00e9 en un bo\u00eetier MSOP de 16&nbsp;broches, \u00e0 performances thermiques renforc\u00e9es, \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une semelle thermique. Les classes E et I fonctionnent sur la gamme de temp\u00e9ratures de jonction de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 125 \u00b0C, la classe H de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 150 \u00b0C et la classe MP de -55 \u00b0C \u00e0 150
