{"id":199983,"date":"2016-09-01T00:03:06","date_gmt":"2016-09-01T00:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eenewseurope.artwhere.co\/des-batteries-li-ion-imprimees-prennent-des-formes-complexes\/"},"modified":"2016-09-01T00:03:06","modified_gmt":"2016-09-01T00:03:06","slug":"des-batteries-li-ion-imprimees-prennent-des-formes-complexes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/des-batteries-li-ion-imprimees-prennent-des-formes-complexes\/","title":{"rendered":"Des batteries Li-ion imprim\u00e9es prennent des formes complexes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Publi\u00e9 dans \u00ab&nbsp;ACS Nano Letters&nbsp;\u00bb dans un document intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Version imprimable Solid-State Lithium-Ion : une nouvelle voie vers des sources d&rsquo;alimentation pour l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique flexible \u00bb, les batteries de Priss se composent d&rsquo;une couche d\u2019un \u00e9lectrolyte composite \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide (SCE) et d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes en matrice int\u00e9gr\u00e9e qui peuvent \u00eatre imprim\u00e9es sur \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s tout objet, quelle qu&rsquo;en soit la forme.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de r\u00e9gler les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s rh\u00e9ologiques (viscosit\u00e9,&nbsp;<span>rigidit\u00e9<\/span><span> ou<\/span>&nbsp;<span>\u00e9lasticit\u00e9<\/span>) de la p\u00e2te et de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrode SCE pour leur donner des caract\u00e9ristiques des fluides thixotropes appropri\u00e9es pour des motifs de d\u00e9p\u00f4t complexes sur des objets non-plats. Ils ont \u00e9galement eu \u00e0 concevoir un point d&rsquo;\u00e9bullition \u00e9lectrolyte \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour rendre les piles Priss compatibles avec le durcissement thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s ont permis aux chercheurs de contourner les questions de solvant de s\u00e9chage et du processus d&rsquo;injection du liquide \u00e9lectrolyte, tout en \u00e9liminant les membranes microporeuses classiques de s\u00e9paration. Cela rend les batteries imprimables fa\u00e7onnables, ouvrant de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s de conception pour une meilleure int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p>Le professeur Sang-Young Lee qui dirige la recherche au UNIST, assure que les batteries de Priss faciliteront la conception des mat\u00e9riels portables, en simplifiant l\u2019espace r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 la batterie avec une forme et des dimensions fixes.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, apr\u00e8s la caract\u00e9risation du comportement \u00e9lectrochimique des batteries Priss, les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 que ces batteries pr\u00e9sentent une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention de 90% au bout de 30 cycles, sans perte significative de la capacit\u00e9 de charge et de d\u00e9charge, une r\u00e9tention des capacit\u00e9s qui d\u00e9passe celle
