Ces modes prennent en compte les r\u00e9sistances externes utilis\u00e9es pour une meilleure protection contre les surtensions, r\u00e9sistances qui peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es entre plusieurs types de capteurs comme ceux de temp\u00e9rature aliment\u00e9s sur des tensions de sortie analogiques, et d\u2019autres sans relation avec la temp\u00e9rature comme les capteurs de pression ou d\u2019autres capteurs \u00e0 sortie tension.<\/p>\n<p>Le circuit d\u2019entr\u00e9e analogique de hautes performances int\u00e9gr\u00e9 comprend des CAN avec tampon, \u00e0 faible d\u00e9calage de z\u00e9ro de tension et \u00e0 bas niveau de bruit, ainsi que tous les circuits de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019excitation n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 chaque capteur. Les mesures sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sous le contr\u00f4le d\u2019un processeur num\u00e9rique embarquant tous les algorithmes et circuits&nbsp;de lin\u00e9arisation requis par chacun des capteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le composant mesure avec pr\u00e9cision des signaux du niveau du microvolt absolu provenant de thermocouples et de mesures de rapport entre RTD et thermistances, puis assure la lin\u00e9arisation des r\u00e9sultats et les traduit&nbsp;en \u00b0C ou \u00b0F. Ses dix entr\u00e9es analogiques acceptent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 neuf thermocouples, quatre RTD, quatre thermistances et \/ou dix diodes. L\u2019interface SPI fonctionne&nbsp;avec tout syst\u00e8me num\u00e9rique et un logiciel \u00e0 menus d\u00e9roulants autorise une configuration personnalis\u00e9e ais\u00e9e du circuit.<\/p>\n<p>Simple, mais riche de caract\u00e9ristiques, ce circuit se connecte \u00e0 une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de capteurs de temp\u00e9rature, incluant les thermocouples B, E, J, K, N, S, R, T, les RTD 2, 3 ou 4 fils, les thermistances de 2,25 kohms \u00e0 30 kohms et les diodes de mesure de temp\u00e9rature. Il fonctionne avec des capteurs r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9s \u00e0 la masse, sans besoin d\u2019amplificateurs, ni d\u2019alimentations \u00e0 tension n\u00e9gative, ni de circuits de d\u00e9calage de niveau de tension.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les signaux sont num\u00e9ris\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment via trois CAN Delta Sigma de 24 bits, de grande pr\u00e9cision, avec une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence interne \u00e0 15 ppm\/\u00b0C. Une compensation automatique de soudure&nbsp;froide de thermocouple peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en utilisant tout type de capteur externe.<br \/>\nLa lin\u00e9arisation des capteurs personnalis\u00e9s peut \u00eatre assur\u00e9e avec des coefficients particuliers programm\u00e9s et stock\u00e9s dans la puce. En effet, la version LTC2986-1 int\u00e8gre une EEPROM qui stocke les donn\u00e9es de configuration de l\u2019utilisateur et les coefficients personnalis\u00e9s du capteur, ce qui \u00e9limine toute programmation d\u2019un circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 ou d\u2019un capteur par un processeur h\u00f4te.<\/p>\n<p>Deux sources de courant d\u2019excitation, programmables, poss\u00e8dent la caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019accepter un courant inverse et une gamme d\u2019intensit\u00e9s du courant pour am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision et r\u00e9duire le niveau de bruit. Afin d\u2019assurer des mesures r\u00e9sistives pr\u00e9cises, le courant inverse permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer les effets du thermocouple dans le capteur r\u00e9sistif.<br \/>\nLa d\u00e9tection d\u2019erreur sp\u00e9cifique d\u2019un capteur alerte l\u2019utilisateur en cas de courts-circuits, de circuits ouverts, de d\u00e9passement de temp\u00e9rature, d\u2019une temp\u00e9rature trop basse et d\u2019un d\u00e9passement de limites&nbsp;d\u2019un CAN.<\/p>\n<p>Ce circuit est propos\u00e9 dans les versions commerciales, industrielles et l\u2019automobile, dans les gammes de temp\u00e9ratures respectives de 0 \u00e0 70 \u00b0C, -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +85 \u00b0C et -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C. Encapsul\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier LQFP- 48, de 7 x 7 mm, il est conforme \u00e0 la norme RoHS et compatible broche \u00e0 broche avec les LTC2983 et LTC2984.<\/p>\n<p><a
