Ces deux transistors de 60 V et 100 V en petits bo\u00eetiers r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 cette demande avec des valeurs typiques de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant RDS(ON) de respectivement 36 mohms et 65 mohms, \u00e0 la tension de source VGS de 4.5 V, valeurs qui sont parmi les meilleures dans la cat\u00e9gorie. En outre, ces deux dispositifs supportent une temp\u00e9rature maximum de canal de 175 \u00b0C, ce qui autorise une utilisation tr\u00e8s large dans toute une gamme d&rsquo;applications automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux MOSFET r\u00e9duisent la dissipation thermique r\u00e9sultant des pertes \u00e0 l&rsquo;allumage d&rsquo;environ 65% par rapport au SSM3K318R, pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent produit de la gamme. En outre, ils sont conditionn\u00e9s en bo\u00eetiers SOT-23F \u00e0 sorties \u00e0 plat qui r\u00e9duisent l&#8217;empreinte sur carte d&rsquo;environ 64% par rapport \u00e0 un bo\u00eetier SOT-89 conventionnel, tout en conservant un niveau de dispersion maximal de 2.4 W.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.toshiba.semicon-storage.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"
