Le mod\u00e8le indice 1A garantit une pr\u00e9cision totale de la tension DC de \u00b10,8% en fonction de la variation due \u00e0 la tension de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, de la ligne, de la charge et de la temp\u00e9rature, dans la gamme de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C, tandis que sa variante 1B garantit une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b11,5%. Ces deux composants peuvent \u00eatre optimis\u00e9s pour une erreur totale de \u00b13% ou meilleure, incluant les transitoires de charge avec un nombre minimal de condensateurs \u00e0 di\u00e9lectrique c\u00e9ramique pour correspondre \u00e0 l\u2019intervalle de tensions du c\u0153ur des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s num\u00e9riques de moins de 28 nm.<\/p>\n<p>Par comparaison \u00e0 d\u2019autres modules r\u00e9gulateurs de puissance de point de charge (POL), sur la base d\u2019une entr\u00e9e de 12 V pour une sortie de 1 V, \u00e9chelon de charge de 0 \u00e0 25 A, 25 A\/\u00b5s, le mod\u00e8le 1A fonctionne avec 60% de condensateurs en moins, en raison de trois caract\u00e9ristiques principales.<br \/>\nEn premier lieu, la pr\u00e9cision totale de la tension DC garantie \u00e0 \u00b10,8% permet des marges de tensions plus grandes, donc moins de condensateurs, pour la variation en alternatif (AC) due \u00e0 une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une transitoire de charge, pour satisfaire \u00e0 une tol\u00e9rance sur l\u2019intervalle de tensions du c\u0153ur du processeur.<br \/>\nEnsuite, ce composant peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on externe (compens\u00e9) pour obtenir une r\u00e9ponse optimale de la boucle pour des transitoires de charge avec moins de condensateurs en sortie. Ceci autorise l\u2019emploi de condensateurs de forte capacit\u00e9.<br \/>\nEnfin, il fonctionne avec un entrelacement&nbsp;de phases, ce qui r\u00e9duit l\u2019ondulation du courant d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie, et diminue le besoin en condensateurs au niveau de la charge.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Con\u00e7u pour fonctionner de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C, le module comprend un r\u00e9gulateur DC\/DC \u00e0 sortie double, des inductances et MOSFET dans un bo\u00eetier BGA de seulement 16 x 16 x 5,01 mm. Il r\u00e9gule une tension de sortie sur la gamme 0,6 V \u00e0 1,8 V \u00e0 partir d\u2019une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 4,5 V \u00e0 15 V. G\u00e9n\u00e9rant 50 A, un rendement de 92% est atteint pour une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e V<sub>IN <\/sub>de 5 V, une tension de sortie V<sub>OUT<\/sub> de 1,8 V, et de 86% pour V<sub>IN <\/sub>de 12 V et V<sub>OUT<\/sub> de 1,0 V. Dans ce dernier cas, le courant de 50 A est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 70 \u00b0C, avec flux d\u2019air de 200 LFM.<br \/>\nJusqu\u2019\u00e0 six modules peuvent \u00eatre mis en parall\u00e8le pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un courant de sortie de 300 A.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linear.com\/product\/LTM4650-1\" target=\"_blank\"
