Compatible avec la norme IEEE 802.3bt (version 2.0), ce contr\u00f4leur d\u2019interface poss\u00e8de les caract\u00e9ristiques nouvellement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, comprenant toutes les classes suppl\u00e9mentaires de PD (5, 6, 7, et 8), les types de PD suppl\u00e9mentaires (type 3 et type 4) et de classification 5 \u00e9v\u00e8nements.<\/p>\n<p>Ce contr\u00f4leur de PD \u00e0 une seule signature 802.3bt int\u00e8gre un r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage isol\u00e9 pouvant fonctionner de mani\u00e8re synchrone dans les deux architectures, \u00e0 rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 en mode direct, et en mode flyback sans photocoupleur, avec une alimentation auxiliaire d\u2019appoint d\u2019une tension aussi basse que 9 V. Ce haut degr\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration simplifie la mise en \u0153uvre des PD d\u2019entr\u00e9e&nbsp;en r\u00e9duisant le nombre de composants et la surface de carte, tout en permettant de leur fournir de la puissance avec efficacit\u00e9, en utilisant un seul circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Contrairement aux contr\u00f4leurs de PD traditionnels qui int\u00e8grent le MOSFET de puissance, ce circuit contr\u00f4le un MOSFET externe afin de r\u00e9duire, de mani\u00e8re significative, l\u2019ensemble de la dissipation de chaleur du PD et de maximiser le rendement en puissance, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement important aux niveaux d\u2019\u00e9nergie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de la norme 802.3bt. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette architecture, les utilisateurs peuvent dimensionner le MOSFET selon les demandes de leur application, les mises en \u0153uvre standard \u00e0 base de ce contr\u00f4leur utilisant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des MOSFET \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistance de canal R<sub>DS(ON) <\/sub>de 30 mohms.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier QFN-28 de 4 x 5 mm, ce composant est propos\u00e9 dans les classes de temp\u00e9ratures industrielles et de l\u2019automobile, respectivement de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +85 \u00b0C et de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C.
