Ce module s\u00e9pare les masses de l\u2019\u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur CAN par une isolation galvanique&nbsp;inductive interne. Il met en \u0153uvre plusieurs niveaux de protection afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re significative la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me, comprenant un isolement galvanique de 2500 V<sub>eff<\/sub>., une tol\u00e9rance d\u2019erreur sur la tension de \u00b160 V, une immunit\u00e9 aux transitoires de mode commun sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30 kV\/\u00b5s et une protection contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques, mod\u00e8le du corps humain, (ESD HBM) de \u00b125 kV.<\/p>\n<p>Incluant tous les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et composants passifs, cette solution \u00b5Module compl\u00e8te et robuste pour les communications&nbsp;de donn\u00e9es s\u00e9rie isol\u00e9es ne requiert pas de composants externes. Elle comprend un convertisseur DC\/DC \u00e0 faibles interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (IEM) qui alimente l\u2019\u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur isol\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e8re jusqu\u2019\u00e0 0,75 W de puissance pour les composants de n\u0153ud du bus CAN. En plus des nombreux m\u00e9canismes de protection internes, le composant pr\u00e9sente une gamme en mode commun \u00e9tendue de \u00b136 V afin d\u2019assurer le fonctionnement dans des environnements \u00e9lectriques bruyants et en pr\u00e9sence de boucles de masse.<\/p>\n<p>Ce circuit fonctionne \u00e0 des vitesses de transfert de donn\u00e9es comprises entre 22 kbit\/s et 4 Mbit\/s, avec \u00ab\u00a0slew rate\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9glable pour r\u00e9duire les IEM \u00e0 des vitesses de donn\u00e9es plus basses. Un mode interruption porte toutes ses sorties \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de haute imp\u00e9dance et r\u00e9duit la consommation \u00e0 moins de 1 \u00b5A.<\/p>\n<p>Encapsul\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier BGA de 15 x 11,25 mm \u00e0 faible profil de 3,42 mm et conforme aux normes RoHS, cet isolateur est propos\u00e9 dans les classes de temp\u00e9ratures commerciales, industrielles et de l\u2019automobile. Il vient compl\u00e9ter la famille d\u2019isolateurs \u00b5Module qui comprend les bus&nbsp;RS485, RS232, USB, SPI, I<sup>2<\/sup>C et GPIO.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linear.com\/isolator\"
