Ils fonctionnent avec un faible courant d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 0.1 mA maximum pour une tension V<sub>IN<\/sub> de 3 V, tout en pr\u00e9sentant une tr\u00e8s faible consommation. Ils pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement des caract\u00e9ristiques au niveau de V<sub>CE(sat)<\/sub> semblables \u00e0&nbsp;celles d&rsquo;un transistor bipolaire Darlington, ce qui en fait de bons candidats pour remplacer les transistors bipolaires en ligne de la s\u00e9rie TD62083A.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLe TBD62183AFNG est conditionn\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier SSOP18, tandis que le TBD62183AFWG se pr\u00e9sente en bo\u00eetier SOL18.
