La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de courant int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans ces composants procure une r\u00e9gulation ind\u00e9pendante de la tension de sortie. Sa gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e s\u2019\u00e9tend de 1,4 V \u00e0 40 V et une seule r\u00e9sistance programme la tension de sortie de 0,4 V \u00e0 32 V. La chute de tension est de seulement 330 mV \u00e0 2,1 A.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ce composant assure une r\u00e9gulation en fonction de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de la charge avec une tol\u00e9rance de 0,1%, ind\u00e9pendante de la tension de sortie. La source de courant de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence 50 \u00b5A, r\u00e9gl\u00e9e avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b11%, g\u00e9n\u00e8re une tension de sortie avec une tol\u00e9rance de \u00b12% en fonction de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e, de la charge et de la temp\u00e9rature. La r\u00e9gulation de la tension de sortie, la largeur de bande, la r\u00e9ponse aux signaux transitoires et le bruit de seulement 40 \u00b5V<sub>eff.<\/sub>, demeurent ind\u00e9pendants de la tension de sortie en raison de l\u2019architecture en mode direct \u00e0 gain unit\u00e9 du composant.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Un ensemble unique de circuits internes offre la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une mise en parall\u00e8le de plusieurs r\u00e9gulateurs, pour une intensit\u00e9 plus forte et une meilleure r\u00e9partition de la chaleur, sans avoir recours \u00e0 des r\u00e9sistances de d\u00e9lestage externes. La compensation programmable des pertes dans le c\u00e2ble annule les erreurs de r\u00e9gulation caus\u00e9es par les pertes de la ligne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la charge.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p align=\"left\">Les circuits de gestion du courant de sortie et de la temp\u00e9rature, avec un indicateur de tension r\u00e9gul\u00e9e \u00e0 seuil programmable, procurent une gestion du syst\u00e8me ainsi que des possibilit\u00e9s de diagnostic et de correction d\u2019erreurs. Les circuits de protection internes contre les erreurs incluent l\u2019arr\u00eat thermique et la limite du courant avec repliement de caract\u00e9ristique. L\u2019arr\u00eat thermique et la limite de courant sont programmables ext\u00e9rieurement.
