L&rsquo;investissement est pr\u00e9vu dans le 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Si Philips a quitt\u00e9 la fabrication des semiconducteurs en sortant de &nbsp;NXP Semiconductors NV en 2010, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a continu\u00e9 de travailler en R &amp; D sur ses unit\u00e9s de fabrications de wafers&nbsp;\u00e0 Eindhoven.<\/p>\n<p>Cette usine de plaquettes a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour fournir un mixte de MEMS et de&nbsp;services de micro-assemblage pour des besoins internes et externes. Environ 140 personnes sont employ\u00e9es dans la salle blanche de 2 650 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales pour les MEMS et le micro assemblage. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe peut fournir une assistance au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la production de MEMS ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation&nbsp;de prototypes.<\/p>\n<p>La fonderie de MEMS de Philips est en mesure&nbsp;de travailler avec divers mat\u00e9riaux et peut les d\u00e9poser sur un de multiples substrats en silicone, compos\u00e9s semiconducteurs ou&nbsp;verre, sur&nbsp;des formes carr\u00e9s ou ronde jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 200mm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>La fonderie qui peut produire de multiples types de dispositifs MEMS a connu un certain succ\u00e8s avec des dispositifs micro-fluidiques pour des applications dans l&rsquo;impression et l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique m\u00e9dicale, pour des clients comme Oc\u00e9 Technologies BV et Philips Home Monitoring
