Ces ressources seront instanci\u00e9es dans la plate-forme tout en minimisant les ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et en r\u00e9duisant les co\u00fbts de d\u00e9veloppement et de d\u00e9lais de mise sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les lignes directrices pour la plate-forme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d\u00e9finissent ce \u00e0 quoi une brique mat\u00e9rielle ou logicielle doit ressembler pour \u00eatre conforme \u00e0 Tulipp. Dans le cadre du projet, ces lignes directrices seront utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9laborer une instance de la plate-forme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence Tulipp comprenant une carte \u00e9volutive faible consommation con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre aux contraintes typiques de taille, poids et puissance des syst\u00e8mes embarqu\u00e9s, un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;exploitation et des biblioth\u00e8ques de traitement d\u2019images orient\u00e9s faible consommation, et une cha\u00eene d&rsquo;outils prenant en compte la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, Tulipp validera la plate-forme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur trois cas d&rsquo;utilisation qui couvrent des domaines industriels \u00e9mergents aux exigences complexes :<\/p>\n<p>-un syst\u00e8me d\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 rayons X pour la chirurgie con\u00e7u pour consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duire les doses de rayonnement.<br \/>\n-un syst\u00e8me automobile int\u00e9gr\u00e9 intelligent d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la conduite automobile qui, en plus du traitement d&rsquo;images de bas niveau, interpr\u00e8te intelligemment les images pour offrir des exp\u00e9riences de conduite plus s\u00fbres.<br \/>\n-un syst\u00e8me de traitement d&rsquo;images int\u00e9gr\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er des drones intelligents et des v\u00e9hicules a\u00e9riens sans pilote pour la recherche intelligente et le sauvetage de survivants en cas de catastrophe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin du projet en 2018, Tulipp aura permis d\u2019augmenter la performance par Watt maximale des applications de traitement d&rsquo;images d\u2019un facteur 4 et la performance par Watt moyenne d\u2019un facteur 10. Au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement officiel du projet Tulipp, cette augmentation devrait atteindre respectivement un facteur 100 pour le maximum et 200 en moyenne d\u2019ici 2023.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les membres du consortium Tulipp sont issus de l&rsquo;industrie et du milieu universitaire et comprennent Thales (France) en tant que chef de projet et coordinateur, Efficient Innovation SAS (France), Fraunhofer IOSB (Allemagne), Hipperos (Belgique), Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet (Norv\u00e8ge), Ruhr-Universit\u00e4t Bochum (Allemagne), Sundance Multiprocessor Technology (Royaume-Uni), et Synective Labs (Su\u00e8de), fournissant l\u2019expertise compl\u00e9mentaire et interdisciplinaire n\u00e9cessaire au succ\u00e8s du projet.
