Les performances PSRR, \u00e0 basse et haute fr\u00e9quences, sont exceptionnelles. La PSRR basse fr\u00e9quence d\u00e9passe 90 dB jusqu\u2019\u00e0&nbsp;10 kHz et la PSRR haute fr\u00e9quence d\u00e9passe 75 dB jusqu\u2019\u00e0&nbsp;2,5MHz, diminuant le bruit ou la forte ondulation des alimentations d\u2019entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ce circuit utilise l\u2019architecture LDO propri\u00e9taire, une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de source de courant de pr\u00e9cision&nbsp;suivie d\u2019un buffer de gain unit\u00e9 aux performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es, conduisant \u00e0 une bande passante virtuellement constante, un bruit, une PSRR et une r\u00e9gulation de la charge ind\u00e9pendants de la tension de sortie.&nbsp;De plus, cette architecture autorise la mise en parall\u00e8le de plusieurs dispositifs pour diminuer davantage le niveau de bruit, accro\u00eetre l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du courant de sortie et r\u00e9partir la chaleur sur le circuit imprim\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ce r\u00e9gulateur g\u00e9n\u00e8re jusqu\u2019\u00e0 500 mA de courant continu en sortie avec une chute de tension de 260 mV \u00e0 pleine charge sur une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, de 1,8 V \u00e0 20 V. La gamme de tension de sortie s\u2019\u00e9tend de 0 \u00e0 15 V avec une tol\u00e9rance de tension tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise de \u00b12% en fonction de la ligne, la charge et la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Les larges gammes de tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie, l\u2019\u00e9tendue de la bande passante, la forte PSRR et le tr\u00e8s faible niveau de bruit du composant le rendent appropri\u00e9 pour l\u2019alimentation des applications sensibles au bruit comme les&nbsp;PLL, les VCO, les m\u00e9langeurs, les LNA, l\u2019instrumentation \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible bruit, les convertisseurs de donn\u00e9es de haute pr\u00e9cision et \u00e0 vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e, les applications m\u00e9dicales comme l\u2019imagerie et le diagnostic, les alimentations de pr\u00e9cision et, en tant que post-r\u00e9gulateur, pour les alimentations \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p align=\"left\">Un petit condensateur \u00e0 di\u00e9lectrique c\u00e9ramique de 10 \u00b5F, de faible co\u00fbt, optimise la stabilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9ponse aux signaux transitoires. Une unique r\u00e9sistance programme la limite de courant externe avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b110% sur la gamme de temp\u00e9ratures. Un seul condensateur sur la broche SET r\u00e9duit le niveau de bruit en sortie et offre une fonction de d\u00e9marrage progressif de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, emp\u00eachant les surtensions en sortie \u00e0 la mise en marche. De plus, les circuits internes du r\u00e9gulateur comprennent des protections contre une tension inverse de batterie, les courants inverses, ainsi qu\u2019une limitation du courant par repliement de caract\u00e9ristique et une limitation thermique avec hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis. Les autres caract\u00e9ristiques offrent la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un d\u00e9marrage rapide, utile en cas d&#8217;emploi de condensateurs de valeurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur la broche SET, et un indicateur de tension \u00e9tablie avec possibilit\u00e9 de programmer le seuil de tension de r\u00e9gulation en sortie.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Propos\u00e9es en bo\u00eetiers \u00e0 performances thermiques renforc\u00e9es DFN-10, de 3 x 3 mm, compatible de brochage avec le LT3042, et MSOP-12, les versions de classes E et I fonctionnent sur la gamme de la temp\u00e9rature de jonction de \u201340 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C.
