Son rendement augmente de 30 % et ses performances de 27 %, et ce pour une r\u00e9duction de sa consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 40 %.<br \/>\nPour surmonter les limites d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, des techniques de pointe comme le triple-s\u00e9quen\u00e7age (triple-patterning) pour permettre le routage bidirectionnel ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre. Il est donc d\u00e9sormais possible de conserver la flexibilit\u00e9 de conception et de routage des n\u0153uds pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;introduction du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de gravure 10 nm de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration 10LPE, Samsung envisage la production en s\u00e9rie du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration 10LPP offrant de meilleures performances lors du deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2017.
