Il est conditionn\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier SO6L et garantit une tension d&rsquo;isolement d\u2019au moins 5000 V<sub>eff<\/sub>.<br \/>\nLe TLP2367 se pr\u00e9sente en petit bo\u00eetier SO6 \u00e0 5 broches, garantissant une distance de d\u00e9charge et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 5 mm (mini) et une tension d&rsquo;isolement d\u2019au moins 3750 V<sub>eff<\/sub>.<br \/>\nCes deux bo\u00eetiers ont une \u00e9paisseur maximum de 2.3 mm et r\u00e9pondent aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 internationales, notamment UL1577 et EN60747-5-5.<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux photocoupleurs garantissent un d\u00e9lai de propagation de 20 ns, une distorsion de dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;impulsion de 8 ns et un biais de d\u00e9lai de propagation de 10 ns (valeurs maxi). Ils peuvent servir \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les temps morts de diff\u00e9rentes interfaces, notamment d&rsquo;inverteurs, et ainsi, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de certains syst\u00e8mes.<br \/>\nCes composants utilisent des LED infrarouge haute-puissance c\u00f4t\u00e9 entr\u00e9e pour offrir une grande puissance de sortie. Ceci r\u00e9duit le courant de seuil en entr\u00e9e d&rsquo;environ 20% par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancien produit TLP117. C\u00f4t\u00e9 sortie, un CI photo-d\u00e9tecteur, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en technologie CMOS, r\u00e9duit le courant d&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;environ 50% par rapport au TLP117. Ils contribueront \u00e0 abaisser la tension op\u00e9rationnelle de syst\u00e8mes avec une tension d&rsquo;alimentation garantie de 2.7 V \u00e0 5.5 V, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 125 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Leurs applications cibles sont notamment les automates programmables (PLC), les interfaces E\/S, les inverteurs photovolta\u00efques et industriels.<\/p>\n<p><a
