Ces derni\u00e8res b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du nombre \u00e9tendu de ports externes USB 3.1 Gen1 pour les liaisons de donn\u00e9es sur un seul composant monolithique.<br \/>\nDot\u00e9 de sept ports, ce circuit monopuce \u00e9vite de devoir utiliser deux composants \u00e0 quatre ports associ\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;offrir suffisamment de ports descendants pour les applications finales, et donc, la gestion de tous les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur alimentation et \u00e0 leur co\u00fbt tout en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019empreinte sur la carte. En outre, la technologie propri\u00e9taire SmartHub permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts mat\u00e9riels gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tablir une passerelle pour les E\/S et \u00e0 la technologie FlexConnect pour des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de hub USB \u00e9tendues, tout cela sans ajouter aucun composant suppl\u00e9mentaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De multiples connexions directes USB de type C sont rendues possibles gr\u00e2ce aux multiplexeurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9s 2:1 qui supportent la fonction de connexion r\u00e9versible des connecteurs USB de type C.
