Le haut niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration SiP lib\u00e8re les d\u00e9veloppeurs des complexit\u00e9s d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie li\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes RF, aux probl\u00e8mes de protocole et \u00e0 la conception de l&rsquo;antenne. Sa taille exceptionnellement petite le rend facile \u00e0 utiliser dans des applications ayant des contraintes d&rsquo;espace, aliment\u00e9es par batterie, y compris les conceptions sur PCB \u00e0 deux couches et de faible co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Comme tous les modules Blue Gecko, ce SiP Bluetooth offre aux d\u00e9veloppeurs la flexibilit\u00e9 de commencer par une conception bas\u00e9e sur un module et ensuite de faire la transition vers un SoC Blue Gecko avec une restructuration minimale du syst\u00e8me et une r\u00e9utilisation compl\u00e8te du logiciel. Pour aider les d\u00e9veloppeurs \u00e0 miniaturiser les syst\u00e8mes portables sur soi et les autres produits IoT compatibles Bluetooth, les SoCs Blue Geckoseront fournis incessamment en bo\u00eetier WLCSP de 3,3 x 3,14 x 0,52 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le module est pr\u00e9-certifi\u00e9 pour une utilisation dans de nombreux march\u00e9s cl\u00e9s, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les co\u00fbts de d\u00e9veloppement et les efforts de conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire li\u00e9s \u00e0 la RF.
