Faisant suite au contr\u00f4leur de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie LX7730, ce contr\u00f4leur de moteur fonctionne avec un circuit FPGA et compl\u00e8te les autres composants propri\u00e9taires sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour un march\u00e9 spatial exigeant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La r\u00e9duction du poids et de l&rsquo;espace sur carte des satellites \u00e9tant un \u00e9ternel d\u00e9fi pour le march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;a\u00e9ronautique, nous sommes heureux de renforcer notre engagement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des solutions innovantes avec ce contr\u00f4leur de moteur hautement tol\u00e9rant aux rayonnements,\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clare Dorian Johnson, Directeur des produits spatiaux \u00e0 signal mixte analogiques de Microsemi. \u00ab\u00a0Notre portefeuille de produits spatiaux toujours plus fourni continue de renforcer notre position de leader et nos relations avec les clients sur ce march\u00e9, car nous maximisons la quantit\u00e9 de composants Microsemi sur ces satellites sophistiqu\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ce circuit est destin\u00e9 aux applications de contr\u00f4le moteur pour la robotique spatiale et les programmes spatiaux impliquant des humains. Parmi elles, on peut citer le contr\u00f4le de servomoteurs ou d\u2019actionneur lin\u00e9aire et pas \u00e0 pas, celui des moteurs \u00e0 courant continu sans balais (BLDC) et des moteurs synchronis\u00e9s \u00e0 aimants permanents (PMSM). Ces motorisations peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur des bus satellitaires dans le d\u00e9ploiement de panneaux solaires et m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, sur les instruments de charge utile des engins spatiaux tels que les m\u00e9canismes de pointage multiaxial pour antennes et terminaux laser ou le contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de mouvement de lentilles, filtres et miroirs, ainsi que dans des applications de robotique sensibles \u00e0 la pression.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Avec quatre transistors MOSFET canal-N en demi-pont et quatre capteurs de courant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentiel flottant, ce contr\u00f4leur haute int\u00e9gration dispose aussi d\u2019un pilote de transformateur r\u00e9solveur modul\u00e9 par impulsions, de trois entr\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentielles de capteur de type r\u00e9solveur et six entr\u00e9es logiques \u00e0 deux niveaux, ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection de fautes.<br \/>\nCe circuit permet \u00e9galement le pilotage de puissance via des transistors FET externes et inclut une boucle de r\u00e9gulation \u00e9lectronique pour le contr\u00f4le de la tension ou du courant, ainsi qu\u2019une position de relecture pour r\u00e9solveur, potentiom\u00e8tre, commutateurs de limite et autres.<br \/>\nSa tol\u00e9rance aux rayonnements atteint 100 krad de dose d&rsquo;ionisation totale (TID), 50 krad de sensibilit\u00e9 accrue aux rayonnements \u00e0 faible dose (ELDRS) et assure l\u2019immunit\u00e9 aux \u00e9v\u00e8nements singuliers.<\/p>\n<p>Une carte de d\u00e9veloppement est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vue pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e avec le kit de d\u00e9veloppement pour le FPGA RTG4 de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsemi.com\/product-directory\/space-system-managers\/3708-position-motor-controller-ic\">www.microsemi.com\/LX7720<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deuxi\u00e8me membre de la famille de composants Space System Manager (SSM) de Microsemi, le LX7720 assure un contr\u00f4le moteur hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et tol\u00e9rant aux rayonnements.
