Ils doivent \u00eatre les plus petits possible, tout en offrant des niveaux de fonctionnalit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9s, une grande puissance de traitement et une int\u00e9gration des p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques optimale. Ces dispositifs doivent \u00e9galement offrir une grande pr\u00e9cision et un faible niveau de bruit, ainsi qu&rsquo;une consommation extr\u00eamement faible quel que soit le mode de fonctionnement, pour assurer une autonomie suffisante entre deux recharges.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces pr\u00e9occupations, ces deux microcontr\u00f4leurs sont dot\u00e9s du puissant processeur ARM Cortex-M4F \u00e0 c\u0153ur 32 bits rapide avec unit\u00e9 \u00e0 virgule flottante (FPU). Leur gestion d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sophistiqu\u00e9e maximise la dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;utilisation et offre une des plus faibles consommations du march\u00e9 avec seulement 127 \u00b5W\/MHz en mode actif, 32 \u00b5W\/MHz en mode d\u2019acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire (DMA) et 3,5 \u00b5W en mode veille.<br \/>\nCes MCUs disposent aussi d&rsquo;une abondante m\u00e9moire embarqu\u00e9e avec 2 Mo de Flash pour le code, 512 Ko de SRAM pour les donn\u00e9es et 8 Ko de cache, ce qui facilite l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;applications tierce partie et l&rsquo;enregistrement des donn\u00e9es des capteurs, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur globale.<br \/>\nLes interfaces propos\u00e9es sont notamment SPI, SPI XIP, UART, I\u00b2C, 1-Wire, ainsi que plusieurs ports USB.
