Avec le lancement de ces produits bas\u00e9s sur cette technologie, les \u00e9quipementiers (OEM) peuvent am\u00e9liorer de fa\u00e7on consid\u00e9rable la pr\u00e9cision et la polyvalence des \u00e9quipements de tests automatiques (ATE) et autres outils d\u2019instrumentation en vue d\u2019aider les utilisateurs \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt des tests, la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et les d\u00e9lais de mise sur le march\u00e9. Ces commutateurs MEMS remplaceront avantageusement les relais utilis\u00e9s dans les secteurs de l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique et de la d\u00e9fense, la sant\u00e9 et les infrastructures de communications, en r\u00e9duisant les dimensions, la consommation et les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres solutions de commutation telles que les relais statiques, ces commutateurs MEMS se distinguent par un niveau de pr\u00e9cision accru et des performances RF sup\u00e9rieures, allant de 0&nbsp;Hz (continu) \u00e0 14&nbsp;GHz (large bande).<br \/>\nAfin de maximiser les performances op\u00e9rationnelles, ces dispositifs se composent de deux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, un commutateur actionn\u00e9 \u00e9lectrostatiquement dans un capuchon en silicium herm\u00e9tique, et un circuit d\u2019attaque basse tension et faible intensit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de commutation contient un contact m\u00e9tallique \u00e0 fiabilit\u00e9 et int\u00e9gration \u00e9lev\u00e9es, qui est actionn\u00e9 par une force \u00e9lectrostatique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le circuit d\u2019attaque associ\u00e9. Mont\u00e9e dans un bo\u00eetier commun, la solution ainsi obtenue assure une pr\u00e9cision en courant continu maximale et des performances RF optimales tout en simplifiant l\u2019utilisation du commutateur.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Par rapport aux relais \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques, ces deux commutateurs haute fiabilit\u00e9 multiplient par 10 la dur\u00e9e de vie en commutation \u00e0 froid, ce qui augmente la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements de tests automatiques et r\u00e9duit les on\u00e9reuses p\u00e9riodes d\u2019immobilisation provoqu\u00e9es par les pannes de relais. De plus, la tr\u00e8s faible hauteur des bo\u00eetiers utilis\u00e9s offre aux concepteurs la possibilit\u00e9 de monter ces commutateurs en surface sur les deux faces de leurs cartes de tests ATE pour augmenter la densit\u00e9 des canaux, \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt et sans accro\u00eetre la surface occup\u00e9e. Une pompe de charge int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e9vite de recourir \u00e0 des circuits de commande externes, ce qui r\u00e9duit encore les dimensions du syst\u00e8me ATE, tandis qu\u2019une configuration \u00e0 multiplexeurs simplifie la structure de sortance par rapport aux relais \u00e0 double contact inverseur DPDT.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ADGM1304 est produit en s\u00e9rie en bo\u00eetier LFCSP 24&nbsp;contacts de 5 x 4 x 0,95&nbsp;mm alors que l\u2019ADGM1004 est actuellement \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9 en LFCSP 24 de 5 x 4 x 1,45&nbsp;mm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.analog.com\/ADGM1304\"
