Ses commutateurs de puissance internes peuvent fournir un courant continu en sortie de 600 mA pour des tensions aussi basses que 0,8 V. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode autorise un tr\u00e8s faible courant de repos, ce qui convient aux applications comme les syst\u00e8mes de l\u2019automobile toujours sous tension qui n\u00e9cessitent une autonomie plus importante de la batterie.<\/p>\n<p>La conception unique de ce circuit garantit une chute de tension minimum, ce qui lui permet de fonctionner avec des rapports cycliques pouvant atteindre 99%. Son architecture \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage en mode de conduction critique&nbsp;\u00e0 fr\u00e9quence variable pr\u00e9sente un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur une gamme \u00e9tendue de tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Son petit bo\u00eetier TSSOP-20, avec les broches haute tension plus espac\u00e9es, procure une mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019empreinte tr\u00e8s compacte, de bon rendement thermique, pour les applications de forte tension.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une seule puce, ce composant regroupe les commutateurs de puissance internes, haut et bas, au rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, la diode \u00e9l\u00e9vatrice, l\u2019oscillateur, ainsi que les circuits de contr\u00f4le et de logique n\u00e9cessaires.
