La solution alternative aux circuits en cuivre propos\u00e9e par Molex consiste \u00e0 utiliser une nouvelle technologie d\u2019encre \u00e0 base d\u2019argent et une m\u00e9thode d\u2019impression r\u00e9volutionnaire pour cr\u00e9er des pistes ultrafines sur des substrats en PET destin\u00e9s \u00e0 une vaste gamme d\u2019applications.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En plus de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un substrat PET, ces pistes en argent sont intrins\u00e8quement moins ch\u00e8res que la gravure du cuivre et le traitement qu&rsquo;elle implique. En effet, la fabrication des circuits souples en argent ne n\u00e9cessite aucun produit chimique dangereux et aucun traitement des d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019entreprise a \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et brevet\u00e9 un processus qui r\u00e9soud le probl\u00e8me d\u2019implantation des composants \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 pas fin (0,5&nbsp;mm) sur un substrat en PET en utilisant des \u00e9quipements de montage en surface classiques. Il facilite \u00e9galement l\u2019implantation de leds et am\u00e9liore ainsi le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage des applications comportant une interface utilisateur.
