Leur niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration \u00e9lev\u00e9 offre aux concepteurs la possibilit\u00e9 de rationaliser la conception de leurs modules RVB LIN, en associant une puce signaux-mixtes unique \u00e0 un nombre de composants passifs r\u00e9duit de plus de moiti\u00e9 par rapport aux solutions actuelles existantes. Ceci entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction importante de la place occup\u00e9e sur la carte et permet d\u2019implanter le tout sur un circuit imprim\u00e9 simple face.<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux circuits s\u2019appuient sur un microcontr\u00f4leur 16 bits dot\u00e9 de 32 ko de m\u00e9moire flash \u00e0 code de correction d\u2019erreurs (ECC). Les ressources m\u00e9moire suppl\u00e9mentaires sont fournies par une ROM de 16 ko qui contient les algorithmes de m\u00e9lange RVB et le driver LIN, une RAM de 2 ko et une EEPROM de 380 octets. Les autres fonctions embarqu\u00e9es sont, notamment, un convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique 10 bits (\u00e0 pr\u00e9-diviseur int\u00e9gr\u00e9), un contr\u00f4leur de protocole LIN, un transmetteur LIN, quatre sorties configurables \u00e0 courant constant et quatre sorties \u00e0 modulation d\u2019impulsions en dur\u00e9e PWM 16 bits. Un circuit oscillant RC \u00e0 24 MHz assure la synchronisation pr\u00e9cise, tandis qu&rsquo;un r\u00e9gulateur de tension sert \u00e0 la gestion d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Ces contr\u00f4leurs esclave RVB autorisent des performances d\u2019\u00e9clairage ambiant coh\u00e9rentes, quelles que soient les variations de tension, de temp\u00e9rature ou de caract\u00e9ristiques des LED. Chaque dispositif pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques CEM et ESD robustes, accepte la large plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e&nbsp; de 6 V \u00e0 18 V et ne consomme que tr\u00e8s peu de courant en veille, seulement 20 \u03bcA typiquement. La plage de temp\u00e9rature op\u00e9rationnelle s\u2019\u00e9tend de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C et des dispositifs de coupure en cas d\u2019\u00e9chauffement et de protection en cas de rupture de charge renforcent la fiabilit\u00e9. Des fonctions de surveillance de temp\u00e9rature et de batterie sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Le driver monocanal est fourni en bo\u00eetier SOIC8, tandis que le mod\u00e8le \u00e0 2 canaux se pr\u00e9sente en bo\u00eetier DFN 12 broches.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Que ce soit pour le style, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou la possibilit\u00e9 de personnaliser l&rsquo;environnement de conduite, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage ambiant est une fonction de plus en plus importante pour les conducteurs d\u2019aujourd&rsquo;hui,\u00a0\u00bb affirme Michael Bender, Responsable de ligne de produits R\u00e9seau automobile embarqu\u00e9 chez Melexis. \u00ab\u00a0Melexis renforce son leadership dans les solutions signaux mixtes pour applications automobiles, en proposant des solutions esclave LIN sur une seule puce pour les circuits d\u2019\u00e9clairage ambiant.
