Ce dernier permet aux d\u00e9veloppeurs syst\u00e8mes de transformer efficacement les donn\u00e9es brutes en objets cibles, s\u00e9par\u00e9ment de la classification et du suivi qui sont \u00e0 leur tour effectu\u00e9s par le CPU. Ce DSP haute performance ex\u00e9cute des algorithmes sp\u00e9cifiques aux radars tels que des transformations de Fourier rapides (FFT), la formation de faisceaux, le calibrage des canaux et la recherche de pics et cela \u00e0 haute vitesse et pour une faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Il offre une grande souplesse de programmation et sa biblioth\u00e8que math\u00e9matique a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour les applications de capteurs radar automobiles afin de simplifier les d\u00e9veloppements d&rsquo;algorithmes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce circuit est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la technologie propri\u00e9taire 40 nm eFlash qui se distingue par de remarquables caract\u00e9ristiques en termes de cycles de r\u00e9\u00e9criture, de vitesses d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s al\u00e9atoires et de fiabilit\u00e9. Cette technologie pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie car les transistors sont plus petits, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les capacit\u00e9s parasites.<br \/>\nLa sp\u00e9cification du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 technologique de ce MCU satisfait \u00e9galement les exigences de temp\u00e9rature les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es de l&rsquo;industrie avec une temp\u00e9rature de jonction de 150 \u00b0C. En outre, avec la m\u00e9moire flash int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, le concepteur du syst\u00e8me b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une plus haute int\u00e9gration en utilisant moins d&rsquo;espace PCB et d\u2019un meilleur fonctionnement en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce microcontr\u00f4leur est dot\u00e9 de deux c\u0153urs CPU G3MH fonctionnant \u00e0 320 MHz et atteignant les hautes performances de 3,2 DMIPS\/MHz. Chacun d\u2019eux poss\u00e8de une architecture de type RISC superscalaire avec deux pipelines \u00e0 7 \u00e9tages, ce qui autorise l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de deux instructions diff\u00e9rentes en m\u00eame temps.<br \/>\nLe composant embarque \u00e9galement une m\u00e9moire flash de 2 Mo ultra rapide bas\u00e9e sur la technologie eFlash 40nm. En int\u00e9grant aussi une grande capacit\u00e9 de RAM de 2 Mo, il peut g\u00e9rer tous les calculs sp\u00e9cifiques aux donn\u00e9es radar telles que les FFT, la formation de faisceaux num\u00e9riques, le CFAR&nbsp; et la d\u00e9tection des pics.<\/p>\n<p>Ce MCU radar 32 bits sera \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du second semestre de 2017.
