Cette introduction de produits m\u00e9moire hautes-performances et haute-densit\u00e9 vient ainsi r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette demande.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un m\u00eame bo\u00eetier, ces produits int\u00e8grent des puces NAND en technologie 15 nm et un contr\u00f4leur capable de g\u00e9rer les fonctions de contr\u00f4le basiques n\u00e9cessaires aux applications NAND.
