Une fonction d\u2019arr\u00eat rapide, en sortie, fixe la tension de sortie afin de prot\u00e9ger la charge en cas de surtension.<br \/>\nEn superposant l\u2019inductance au-dessus de son bo\u00eetier BGA de16 x16 mm, le r\u00e9gulateur peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer 40 W avec une \u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature de seulement 40 \u00b0C par rapport \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante (12 V en entr\u00e9e, 1 V en sortie, 40 A, 200 LFM). Cette pleine puissance de 40 W est produite jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 83 \u00b0C et la moiti\u00e9 de la puissance, 20 W, peut \u00eatre fournie pour une temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 110 \u00b0C. Des rendements de 88%, 90% et 92% sont atteints en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des courants respectifs de 40 A, 30 A et 15A, pour 1 V au niveau de la charge \u00e0 partir de 12 V en entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les modules \u00e9tant associables, quatre d\u2019entre eux peuvent \u00eatre connect\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer 160 W avec une \u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature de seulement 40 \u00b0C et un rendement de 88% (12V en entr\u00e9e, 1V en sortie, 200 LFM). Un maximum de 6 modules en parall\u00e8le peut fournir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 240 W.<\/p>\n<p>La hauteur totale du composant est de 7,07 mm avec une empreinte de bo\u00eetier BGA de 16 x 16 mm. En plus de la dissipation de la chaleur par le haut au travers l\u2019inductance, ce bo\u00eetier est con\u00e7u pour disperser la chaleur, de fa\u00e7on homog\u00e8ne, depuis sa face inf\u00e9rieure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la carte via sa matrice de 144 billes. Certaines rang\u00e9es&nbsp;de billes sont d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux broches&nbsp;de masse GND, de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e V<sub>IN <\/sub>et de la tension de sortie V<sub>OUT<\/sub> qui sont parcourues par des courants de forte intensit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce \u00b5Module procure une conversion DC\/DC particuli\u00e8rement efficace, une am\u00e9lioration de la dispersion thermique et des circuits de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, assurant des performances thermiques renforc\u00e9es, ainsi qu\u2019une protection thermique et de tension dans un petit bo\u00eetier. Il fonctionne sur une alimentation d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 4,7 V \u00e0 15 V et r\u00e9gule une tension de sortie de 0,6 V \u00e0 3,3 V.
