L&rsquo;une de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques significatives est leur forte rigidit\u00e9 di\u00e9lectrique \u00e0 3750&nbsp;V entre les entr\u00e9es et les sorties. La version 60 V g\u00e8re un courant de charge continue de 500&nbsp;mA avec une r\u00e9sistance en marche de 2&nbsp;ohms. Le mod\u00e8le 350 V, quant \u00e0 lui, pr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9lai d&rsquo;arr\u00eat plus rapide qu&rsquo;auparavant, avec 0,5&nbsp;ms maximum et 0,1&nbsp;ms g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement. Parmi les autres am\u00e9liorations, il convient de noter la plage de temp\u00e9rature de service plus \u00e9tendue, de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +110&nbsp;\u00b0C pour les deux mod\u00e8les. Par ailleurs, ces deux dispositifs reprennent les excellentes caract\u00e9ristiques de la gamme actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Exempts d&rsquo;halog\u00e8ne, ces relais MOSFET sont conformes au profil de soudure par refusion JEDEC. Encapsul\u00e9s dans un format sp\u00e9cial SOP 4&nbsp;broches, ils sont compatibles avec les mod\u00e8les de la gamme existante.
