Il comporte deux cat\u00e9gories, une pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, l&rsquo;autre pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 essence.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe TBRe comprend 10 \u00e9tudiants en Master et 30 \u00e9tudiants de troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, tous appartenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Bath. Chacun d&rsquo;entre eux prend la responsabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;un des aspects du projet qui formera ensuite la base de leurs th\u00e8ses. En compl\u00e9ment, entre 20 et 30 \u00e9tudiants de premi\u00e8re et deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e sont \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de les aider au cours de ce projet, Microlease leur a fourni diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quipements et notamment une cam\u00e9ra thermique Keysight U5857A pour surveiller les niveaux de temp\u00e9rature sur l&rsquo;enveloppe de la batterie et identifier les points chauds anormaux. Cet appareil a \u00e9galement permis d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie au niveau des \u00e9triers de frein et devrait \u00eatre inclus ult\u00e9rieurement dans les proc\u00e9dures de test des moteurs.<br \/>\nUne unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acquisition de donn\u00e9es 34972A de Keysight, avec r\u00e9f\u00e9rence int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de jonction de thermocouple, est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e dans le cadre de ce projet pour les diagnostics de v\u00e9hicule. Cela inclut une paire de modules de multiplexage 34901A \u00e0 20 canaux ainsi que le logiciel multifacettes BenchVue. Avec cette unit\u00e9, les donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de capteurs, bas\u00e9s sur un thermocouple et r\u00e9partis \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents points de la batterie, peuvent \u00eatre captur\u00e9es pour analyse afin de maintenir l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle de l&rsquo;ensemble batterie\/transmission.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Concernant les phases suivantes de d\u00e9veloppement du projet, Microlease fournira un analyseur d&rsquo;alimentation CC Keysight N6705B ainsi que les logiciels correspondants. Il sera alors possible d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier de fa\u00e7on exhaustive la charge CC du v\u00e9hicule pendant les courses pour optimiser sa batterie.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe proc\u00e8de actuellement \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de tests du sous-syst\u00e8me. Elle passera aux tests de niveau syst\u00e8me et sur route au cours du printemps, en pr\u00e9paration de la course de juillet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement est une occasion unique permettant aux \u00e9tudiants de premier cycle d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience pratique des projets d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie, de la conception de plans \u00e0 l&rsquo;assemblage,\u00a0\u00bb explique Glenn Howard, ing\u00e9nieur des ventes de terrain chez Microlease. \u00ab\u00a0En collaborant avec TBRe autour de leur v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique Formula Student, nous les aidons \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La contribution de Microlease s&rsquo;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e pr\u00e9cieuse au cours des 8 derniers mois,\u00a0\u00bb ajoute Sean Thompson, un membre senior de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe TBRe. \u00ab\u00a0Au-del\u00e0 du kit que cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nous a fourni, nous avons \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de conseils techniques tout au long du projet.
