Cela s\u2019adapte dans les applications o\u00f9 les mesures d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de puissance deviennent indispensables. Les concepteurs et les ing\u00e9nieurs qui \u00e9tudient les caract\u00e9ristiques de bruit relatives aux composants dans ces types de circuits, doivent mesurer des signaux de l\u2019ordre du millivolt. Une sonde faible bruit \u00e0 la sensibilit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9e est donc essentielle pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats de mesure significatifs.<br \/>\nLa nouvelle sonde passive 1 :1 R&amp;S RT-ZP1X est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment adapt\u00e9e aux oscilloscopes R&amp;S RTE (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 GHz) et R&amp;S RTO1000\/2000 (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4 GHz). Combin\u00e9e avec les oscilloscopes R&amp;S RTE, cette solution propose le meilleur rapport prix \/ performance du march\u00e9 pour les mesures d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de puissance. Nos oscilloscopes ont un plancher de bruit inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 650 \u00b5Vcc (1 mV\/div et bande passante 200 MHz), m\u00eame pour une imp\u00e9dance d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 1 M\u03a9. Les autres oscilloscopes n\u2019obtiennent de telles valeurs qu\u2019avec une imp\u00e9dance d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 50 \u03a9.<br \/>\nAvec une vitesse d\u2019acquisition pouvant atteindre 1 million de formes par seconde, les utilisateurs obtiennent rapidement de meilleures mesures, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par des histogrammes et toutes les composantes du signal. Avec le zoom du mode haute d\u00e9finition (HD) 16 bits, m\u00eame les plus petits d\u00e9tails du signal peuvent \u00eatre analys\u00e9s et d\u00e9clench\u00e9s.<br \/>\nPour rechercher des signaux d\u2019interf\u00e9rences combin\u00e9s, les oscilloscopes disposent d\u2019une transform\u00e9e de Fourier rapide (FFT) mat\u00e9rielle, qui d\u00e9livre un spectre quasiment temps r\u00e9el.
