Ce &nbsp;\u00b5Module innovant fait gagner du temps au niveau de la conception et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des \u00e9conomies quant \u00e0 la phase de certification et \u00e0 la surface de carte, en conditionnant toutes les fonctionnalit\u00e9s, dont l\u2019alimentation isol\u00e9e et la t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie num\u00e9rique, dans un bo\u00eetier compact BGA.<\/p>\n<p>La barri\u00e8re d\u2019isolement galvanique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de 5 kV<sub>eff.<\/sub> s\u00e9pare l\u2019interface num\u00e9rique du contr\u00f4leur commutateur contr\u00f4lant un MOSFET canal N ou un commutateur IGBT (transistor bipolaire \u00e0 grille isol\u00e9e). Afin de garantir une barri\u00e8re d\u2019isolement robuste, le circuit est test\u00e9 au niveau de la production jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6 kV<sub>eff<\/sub>. et sera reconnu par la norme de niveau de composant UL 1577, ce qui \u00e9conomise des mois de phase de certification pour le fabricant d\u2019\u00e9quipement final. Les mesures num\u00e9riques isol\u00e9es du courant de charge, de la tension de Bus et de la temp\u00e9rature sont possibles au travers l\u2019interface I2C \/ SMBus, ce qui permet la gestion du Bus de tension \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa conception isol\u00e9e, ce contr\u00f4leur peut \u00eatre facilement configur\u00e9 pour les applications c\u00f4t\u00e9 haut, c\u00f4t\u00e9 bas (retour \u00e0 la masse) et flottantes. Les courants d\u2019appel sont r\u00e9duits par un d\u00e9marrage progressif de la charge, et l\u2019alimentation est prot\u00e9g\u00e9e contre les surcharges et les courts-circuits avec un interrupteur de circuit par limitation du courant.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce produit est assez polyvalent pour contr\u00f4ler les courants d\u2019appel dans les cartes enfichables \u00e0 chaud, les transformateurs en alternatif, les contr\u00f4leurs de moteur et les charges inductives. Le r\u00e9glage des seuils d\u2019arr\u00eat en cas de sous-tension et de surtension assure que la charge fonctionne seulement quand la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e est comprise dans sa gamme de validit\u00e9.
