Ils sont sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s sur les gammes de temp\u00e9ratures industrielles I de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +85 \u00b0C et plus \u00e9tendues H de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Avec un courant d\u2019alimentation de seulement 20 \u00b5A par amplificateur, les LTC6258\/59\/60 r\u00e9alisent un produit gain-bande passante de 1,3 MHz et une vitesse de balayage de 240 V\/ms. Ils incluent les filtres d\u2019entr\u00e9e contre les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) qui procurent une r\u00e9jection de 45 dB \u00e0 1 GHz. En outre, ils sont stables \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel gain et n\u2019importe quelle charge capacitive.<br \/>\nLes LTC6261\/62\/63 r\u00e9alisent un produit gain-bande passante de 30 MHz et une vitesse de balayage de 7 V\/ms, consommant juste 240 \u00b5A par amplificateur. Le niveau de bruit en tension, dans la bande passante est de seulement 13 nV\/\u00d6Hz. &nbsp;Ils sont stables \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel gain et n\u2019importe quelle charge capacitive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 nF.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Les mod\u00e8les simples LTC6258 et 61 sont propos\u00e9s en bo\u00eetier DFN \u00e0 encombrement r\u00e9duit de seulement 2 x 2 mm. Les doubles LTC6259 et 62 sont encapsul\u00e9s dans un bo\u00eetier DFN de la m\u00eame taille, ainsi que dans les bo\u00eetiers SOT-23 de 8 broches, MSOP-8 et MSOP-10 avec mode arr\u00eat.
