A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la stabilit\u00e9 de forme, ceci comprend aussi la stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle.<br \/>\nIl y a quelques ann\u00e9es, l&rsquo;association de ces deux techniques a conduit \u00e0 la technologie de brasage \u00ab\u00a0Through-Hole-Reflow\u00a0\u00bb (THR). Elle associe les avantages de la technique de brasage THT \u00e0 celle de SMD, \u00e0 savoir la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique du traversant \u00e0 brasage \u00e0 la vague et les possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;automatisation du SMD. La condition est cependant la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature du corps isolant.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, ce constructeur a chang\u00e9, syst\u00e9matiquement et progressivement, le mat\u00e9riau des corps isolants de ses connecteurs pour des mati\u00e8res plastiques r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 de hautes temp\u00e9ratures, ind\u00e9pendamment de l&rsquo;utilisation comme composants THT ou SMD.<br \/>\nCe choix s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019autant plus judicieux avec l&rsquo;introduction du \u00ab\u00a0sans plomb\u00a0\u00bb qui, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, entra\u00eene une plus haute temp\u00e9rature de brasage, comme cela s\u2019\u00e9tait pass\u00e9 auparavant avec l\u2019apparition de la technique de brasage THR.<br \/>\nEn outre, les pas de plus en plus petits utilis\u00e9s actuellement exigent des mati\u00e8res plastiques tr\u00e8s fluides, ce qui peut \u00eatre solutionn\u00e9 par les polym\u00e8res \u00e0 cristaux liquides LCP qui sont d\u00e9sormais largement utilis\u00e9s par ce constructeur pour ses connecteurs de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><a
