Il contr\u00f4le des MOSFET canal N, dos \u00e0 dos, afin de r\u00e9duire les faibles pertes de courant dans les pistes en fonctionnement normal, et les interrompant en cas de surintensit\u00e9s en direct ou en inverse.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interrupteur de circuit LTC4368-1 pr\u00e9sente des seuils de courant sym\u00e9triques en direct et en inverse pour prot\u00e9ger les batteries contre des courants de charge et de d\u00e9charge trop importants. Le disjoncteur du LTC4368-2 coupe lorsqu\u2019un courant inverse est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 afin d\u2019emp\u00eacher un retour de courant et de maintenir la tension de sortie. Le premier pr\u00e9sente un seuil d\u2019interruption de circuit pour une tension inverse de 50 mV, tandis que le second offre un seuil de tension inverse de 3 mV. En cas de surintensit\u00e9, une configuration de broche d\u00e9termine si les MOSFET sont bloqu\u00e9s ou d\u00e9marr\u00e9s apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9lai.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dispositif d\u00e9connecte rapidement la charge des tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e qui d\u00e9passent un seuil de surtension r\u00e9glable et pr\u00e9cis. Un seuil ajustable d\u2019arr\u00eat en cas de sous-tension suspend le fonctionnement pour des tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e basses, ce qui \u00e9vite une d\u00e9charge trop importante des batteries. La protection contre une inversion de l\u2019alimentation isole la charge&nbsp;des batteries connect\u00e9es avec une polarit\u00e9 incorrecte, supprimant ainsi une diode dans le circuit d\u2019alimentation. La chute de tension de la diode \u00e9limin\u00e9e et le fonctionnement sous 2,5 V procurent des marges de tension suffisantes pour assurer la conduction lors du d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 froid de l\u2019automobile.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La consommation en courant de ce circuit est de seulement 80 \u00b5A en fonctionnement normal, et de 5 \u00b5A en mode arr\u00eat, ce qui prolonge la dur\u00e9e de fonctionnement de la batterie et la dur\u00e9e de veille. Ce circuit contr\u00f4le aussi les courants d\u2019appel lors de l\u2019insertion \u00e0 chaud d\u2019une alimentation d\u2019une carte de circuit.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 sur les gammes de temp\u00e9ratures commerciales de 0 \u00e0 70 \u00b0C, industrielles de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +85 \u00b0C et de l\u2019automobile de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125\u00b0C, ce composant est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en bo\u00eetiers MSOP-10 et DFN-10 de 3 x 3 mm.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linear.com\/product\/LTC4368\" target=\"_blank\"
