{"id":179909,"date":"2017-03-08T02:01:38","date_gmt":"2017-03-08T02:01:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eenewseurope.artwhere.co\/une-camera-qui-voit-a-travers-la-matiere\/"},"modified":"2017-03-08T02:01:38","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T02:01:38","slug":"une-camera-qui-voit-a-travers-la-matiere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/une-camera-qui-voit-a-travers-la-matiere\/","title":{"rendered":"Une cam\u00e9ra qui voit \u00e0 travers la mati\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Peu \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et non ionisant, le rayonnement t\u00e9rahertz (0,3 \u2013 10 THz) peut p\u00e9n\u00e9trer de nombreux mat\u00e9riaux non conducteurs et non polaires tels que la peau, certains plastiques, certains v\u00eatements, le papier, le carton&#8230; Moins dangereux que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019imagerie X et proposant une meilleure r\u00e9solution spatiale que les scanners \u00e0 base de micro-ondes ou d\u2019ondes millim\u00e9triques, l\u2019imagerie THz peut \u00eatre avantageusement utilis\u00e9e pour des op\u00e9rations de contr\u00f4le non destructif.<\/p>\n<p>En s\u2019appuyant sur la technologie d\u2019imageurs infrarouges \u00e0 base de microbolom\u00e8tres du Leti, institut de CEA Tech, un imageur THz de 320&#215;240 pixels au pas de 50 microns a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec un tr\u00e8s haut niveau de sensibilit\u00e9. Une collaboration entre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 i2S et CEA Tech a permis de mettre au point un prototype de cam\u00e9ra THz tr\u00e8s performant int\u00e9grant cet imageur.<\/p>\n<p>Le design optom\u00e9canique et l\u2019\u00e9lectronique de la cam\u00e9ra ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par i2S avec le support du Leti. En effet, \u00ab\u00a0ce type de capteur ne pouvant fonctionner \u00e0 l&rsquo;air libre, nous l&rsquo;avons plac\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier sous vide statique, afin de lui assurer une bonne capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponse\u00a0\u00bb, explique le chef de projet charg\u00e9 du packaging au Leti.\u00a0\u00bbIl a \u00e9galement fallu le doter d&rsquo;un capot transparent \u00e0 ce type de rayonnement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Associ\u00e9 aux sources de lumi\u00e8re THz commerciales disponibles sur la plate-forme d\u2019Int\u00e9gration de Syst\u00e8mes Opto\u00e9lectronique de CEA Tech en Nouvelle Aquitaine, le prototype de cam\u00e9ra permet de visualiser en temps r\u00e9el, avec une fr\u00e9quence de 20 Hz, le contenu d\u2019une bo\u00eete en carton (par exemple). Ce type de cam\u00e9ra ouvre des perspectives dans les domaines de la sant\u00e9, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, du contr\u00f4le non destructif ou de l\u2019analyse chimique dans l\u2019agriculture ou l\u2019agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>La disponibilit\u00e9 en r\u00e9gion de moyens THz de tout premier plan a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 i2S et CEA Tech \u00e0 amplifier leur collaboration en signant un Laboratoire Commun pour accompagner la maturation industrielle de cette cam\u00e9ra.
