Elle \u00e9tend ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie des applications RF de type BLE, Zigbee, WiSun, Ant\u2026, des capteurs de faible puissance et des applications basse \u00e9nergie (energy harvesting).<\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, ce LDO dispose de 3 modes de fonctionnement, un mode tr\u00e8s faible consommation, un mode avec des temps de r\u00e9ponse rapide (fast transient response) et un mode standby. Il bascule automatiquement entre le mode faible consommation et le \u00ab\u00a0fast transient response\u00a0\u00bb en fonction du courant de sortie appel\u00e9 par l\u2019application. Le mode standby peut s\u2019obtenir par la broche \u00ab\u00a0Chip Enable\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nLes performances du composant sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es en mode \u00ab\u00a0fast transient response\u00a0\u00bb. En particulier, le \u201cripple rejection\u201d comme le temps de r\u00e9ponse aux charges montrent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats que la plupart des LDO faible consommation habituels. Cela veut dire qu\u2019il apporte des optimisations dans la stabilit\u00e9 de la tension de sortie et le \u00ab\u00a0ripple rejection\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9gulateur int\u00e8gre aussi un limiteur de courant de type \u00ab\u00a0fold back\u00a0\u00bb. Cette fonction diminue le courant de sortie \u00e0 50 mA en cas de court-circuit afin de le prot\u00e9ger ainsi que les autres composants \u00e9lectroniques sur la m\u00eame carte. En option, il est possible d\u2019avoir la fonction d\u2019auto-discharge qui assure une d\u00e9charge plus rapide du condensateur de sortie lorsque le LDO est coup\u00e9.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Fonctionnant \u00e0 partir d\u2019un tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e comprise entre 1.7 V et 5.5 V, ce LDO peut fournir une tension de sortie de 1.2 V \u00e0 3.6 V avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b11.0%. Sa tension de perte typique \u00e0 2.8 V sous une charge de 100 mA en sortie n\u2019est que de 0.1 V.<\/p>\n<p>Le composant est propos\u00e9 en trois types d\u2019encapsulation, le bo\u00eetier standard SOT23-5, le petit bo\u00eetier DFN (PLP)1010-4 et le tr\u00e8s petit WLCSP-4-P8 de seulement 0.64 x 0.64 mm qui permet de limiter les dimensions du PCB.<\/p>\n<p><a
