Les fonctions r\u00e9seau avanc\u00e9es impl\u00e9ment\u00e9es dans un nouveau r\u00e9seau d\u2019acc\u00e8s radio (RAN) configur\u00e9 avec des fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u2019informatique embarqu\u00e9e ont permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la transmission de bout en bout, avec un d\u00e9lai de seulement 17 millisecondes pour les communications v\u00e9hicule-r\u00e9seau-v\u00e9hicule (V2N2V), contre 30 \u00e0 60 millisecondes avec les r\u00e9seaux LTE actuels, et ce pour un v\u00e9hicule roulant \u00e0 100 km\/h. Ces r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus sur la bande de fr\u00e9quence 2,6 GHz, avec une performance de 100 Mbit\/s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prochaines \u00e9tapes de l\u2019initiative \u00ab Towards 5G \u00bb :<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022&nbsp;La mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un Network Slicing (d\u00e9coupage de r\u00e9seau) permettant d\u2019allouer des ressources d\u00e9di\u00e9es par type d\u2019usage pour donner la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de transport intelligent (STI) pour le trafic automobile et am\u00e9liorer son isolation quand d\u2019autres formes de trafic haut d\u00e9bit mobile sont utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du v\u00e9hicule.<br \/>\n\u2022&nbsp;L\u2019utilisation de fonctions de communications directes C-V2X pour tester les communications entre v\u00e9hicules (V2V), entre v\u00e9hicules et infrastructures (V2I) et entre v\u00e9hicules et pi\u00e9tons (V2P), tout en \u00e9valuant les am\u00e9liorations de performance permises par la technologie C-V2X version 14 en termes de latence et de fiabilit\u00e9 des communications directes.<br \/>\n\u2022&nbsp;Les membres de l\u2019initiative \u00ab Towards 5G \u00bb vont contribuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux cas d\u2019usage pour \u00e9valuer la capacit\u00e9 de la technologie C-V2X dot\u00e9e de fonctionnalit\u00e9s 5G NR \u00e0 prendre en charge des applications avanc\u00e9es telles que l\u2019optimisation du trafic routier, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou encore la conduite automatique.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9velopper encore davantage les essais de communications directes, un nouveau membre rejoint l\u2019initiative Towards 5G : Qualcomm Technologies, filiale de Qualcomm Incorporated.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab Nous sommes ravis de rejoindre PSA, Orange et Ericsson au sein de l\u2019initiative \u2018Towards 5G\u2019 \u00bb,&nbsp;<\/em>d\u00e9clare Nakul Duggal, vice-pr\u00e9sident en charge de la gestion des produits pour le secteur automotive de Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.<em>&nbsp;\u00ab La technologie Cellular-V2X version 14 est con\u00e7ue pour permettre l\u2019\u00e9volution vers la 5G en utilisant \u00e0 la fois les communications via les r\u00e9seaux et les communications directes. Elle dispose d\u2019un potentiel extraordinaire pour concr\u00e9tiser notre vision commune de transports plus s\u00fbrs, hyper-connect\u00e9s et plus intelligents. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La technologie C-V2X, telle que d\u00e9finie dans les sp\u00e9cifications 3GPP de la version 14 devrait permettre des cas d\u2019usage avanc\u00e9s, notamment dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
