Le gain diff\u00e9rentiel de chaque amplificateur est fix\u00e9 via quatre r\u00e9sistances externes, configurable du gain unit\u00e9 avec une r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence de pr\u00e8s d\u20191 GHz \u00e0 un gain de 100 avec une largeur de bande de 100 MHz, et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un gain maximum de 400 avec une largeur de bande de 30 MHz. \u00c0 ces fr\u00e9quences, le circuit pr\u00e9sente un isolement entre canaux de 95 dB \u00e0 100 MHz, de beaucoup sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ceux de la plupart des amplificateurs doubles de classe similaire. De plus, ses larges gammes de tensions en continu (DC) et en mode commun, de 0 \u00e0 3,5 V en entr\u00e9e, et de 0,5 V \u00e0 3,5 V en sortie, le rendent tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant pour les applications coupl\u00e9es en continu (DC) en liaison&nbsp;entre deux niveaux de tension DC diff\u00e9rents, comme les sorties d\u2019un d\u00e9modulateur I\/Q vers des entr\u00e9es de convertisseurs analogiques-num\u00e9riques (CAN).<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Avec son couplage DC, son bas niveau de bruit et ses possibilit\u00e9s de large bande, ce composant convient \u00e0 de nombreuses applications comme les r\u00e9cepteurs \u00e0 conversion directe, le contr\u00f4le de CAN \u00e0 vitesse d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage \u00e9lev\u00e9e, les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019acquisition de donn\u00e9es rapides, l\u2019instrumentation de test, les syst\u00e8mes radar de haute r\u00e9solution, les capteurs d\u2019image de pointe et les syst\u00e8mes de t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection par laser LIDAR.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p align=\"left\">Le circuit fonctionne sur une gamme de la tension d\u2019alimentation de 2,7 V \u00e0 5,25 V. Chaque amplificateur poss\u00e8de une broche d\u2019arr\u00eat, ainsi chacun d\u2019eux peut \u00eatre valid\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, consommant un courant nominal de 52 mA. Quand il est d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9, la consommation est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 100 \u00b5A par amplificateur.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Encapsul\u00e9 dans un petit bo\u00eetier plastique LQFN 20 broches, de seulement 4 x 3 x 0,75 mm, cet amplificateur est propos\u00e9 dans les classes de temp\u00e9ratures I, de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +85 \u00b0C, et H, de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><a
