Le mat\u00e9riau semiconducteur est du poly (3-hexylthioph\u00e8ne-2,5-diyle) et un dispositif redresseur a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 la tension 115V AC du standard am\u00e9ricain. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, cela n&rsquo;avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible en raison de la tendance \u00e0 la d\u00e9composition de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique organique \u00e0 des tensions \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Docent Deyu Tu de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Linkoping a dirig\u00e9 un projet visant \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des dispositifs \u00e9lectroluminescents organiques et \u00e0 charger des super-capacit\u00e9s en utilisant l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une prise de courant ordinaire. Les transistors organiques \u00e0 couche mince connect\u00e9s \u00e0 la diode fonctionnent \u00e0 des tensions allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 325 V.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s dans les revues Organic Electronics et ECS Transactions<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.liu.se\/\">www.liu.se<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a
