Cette large plage de tension de sortie lui apporte la souplesse d\u2019utilisation n\u00e9cessaire pour fournir les tensions de bus courantes 3,3 V, 5 V, 12 V et 15 V.<\/p>\n<p>La gamme de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement du circuit s\u2019\u00e9tend de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C. Un courant de sortie de 3 A est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 pour une temp\u00e9rature ambiante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 85 \u00b0C, sans radiateur ni flux d\u2019air. A 3 A, pour une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 24 V et une tension de sortie de 5 V, le rendement est de 90%.<br \/>\nUne broche SHARE, pour le partage du courant, donne la possibilit\u00e9 au composant de fonctionner en parall\u00e8le pour fournir plus d\u2019intensit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bo\u00eetier BGA de 6,25 x 9 x 3,32 mm, ce circuit comprend un contr\u00f4leur r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage, des commutateurs de puissance, une inductance et autres composants d\u2019appoint. Seuls le bloc d\u2019entr\u00e9e, les condensateurs de sortie et quelques petites r\u00e9sistances sont requis pour compl\u00e9ter la r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n<p>La fr\u00e9quence de commutation de ce r\u00e9gulateur est r\u00e9glable par une seule r\u00e9sistance externe, ou peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9e \u00e0 une horloge externe, de 200 kHz \u00e0 3 MHz.
