Les entr\u00e9es de l\u2019ordre du picoamp\u00e8re avec un taux de r\u00e9jection CMRR de 128 dB sur la gamme en mode commun de 30 V cr\u00eate-\u00e0-cr\u00eate de ce convertisseur autorisent sa connexion directe \u00e0 une large gamme de capteurs, sans compromettre la pr\u00e9cision des mesures.<\/p>\n<p>Tout en ayant la possibilit\u00e9 de convertir simultan\u00e9ment huit canaux \u00e0 une vitesse de conversion de 200 k\u00e9ch.\/s par canal, ce circuit apporte un suppl\u00e9ment de souplesse gr\u00e2ce aux gammes d\u2019entr\u00e9es SoftSpan qui sont configurables s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Sur la base d\u2019une \u00abconversion-par-conversion\u00bb, chaque canal peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9 pour accepter des signaux d\u2019entr\u00e9e de \u00b110,24 V, de 0 \u00e0 10,24 V, \u00b15,12 V ou de 0 \u00e0 5,12 V, unipolaires, bipolaires vrais, diff\u00e9rentiels ou quelconques. Les entr\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentielles analogiques fonctionnent sur une large gamme de tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e en mode commun de 30 V, permettant au CAN de num\u00e9riser directement un \u00e9ventail de signaux tout en simplifiant la conception de la cha\u00eene du signal.<br \/>\nLa souplesse relative au signal d\u2019entr\u00e9e combin\u00e9e avec une non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 int\u00e9grale (INL) maximale de \u00b13,5 LSB, sans perte de codes sur 18 bits, et un rapport signal sur bruit (SNR) de 96,4 dB, rend ce composant appropri\u00e9 au contr\u00f4le du processus industriel de haute performance, au test et \u00e0 la mesure, la gestion de la puissance de la ligne et les applications de contr\u00f4le de moteurs.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, ce CAN int\u00e8gre une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de pr\u00e9cision, avec un coefficient de temp\u00e9rature de 20 ppm\/\u00b0C max., et un \u00e9tage tampon de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, pouvant faire des mesures pr\u00e9cises non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 int\u00e9grale, ce qui procure des \u00e9conomies d\u2019espace sur les cartes \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 de circuits. En option, une alimentation de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de 5 V peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e pour \u00e9tendre la gamme de la tension analogique d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00b112,5 V.<\/p>\n<p>Le composant dissipe 219 mW lors de la conversion simultan\u00e9e des huit canaux \u00e0 la vitesse de 200 k\u00e9ch.\/s, et poss\u00e8de les modes veille&nbsp;et arr\u00eat pour r\u00e9duire la dissipation de puissance \u00e0 des vitesses inf\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>En plus de ces caract\u00e9ristiques uniques, ce convertisseur pr\u00e9sente une souplesse num\u00e9rique in\u00e9gal\u00e9e, avec des interfaces s\u00e9rie SPI CMOS et LVDS pouvant \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es via une broche. La gamme de tensions d\u2019alimentation de sortie lui permet de communiquer avec n\u2019importe quel CMOS de niveau logique entre 1,8 V et 5 V. En mode CMOS, les applications peuvent utiliser entre une et huit voies de donn\u00e9es s\u00e9rie en sortie, ce qui offre \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019optimiser la largeur de bus et la vitesse des donn\u00e9es. Le mode LVDS pr\u00e9sente un niveau de bruit bas, des communications \u00e0 grande vitesse sur de plus longues distances, en utilisant la transmission diff\u00e9rentielle.
