Il compl\u00e8tera les activit\u00e9s du centre d\u2019excellence de Leonardo situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Nerviano en Italie, o\u00f9 sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 con\u00e7us et fabriqu\u00e9s les PVA pour les programmes des Agences Spatiales Europ\u00e9enne et Italienne. Ce nouveau centre industriel 4.0 va permettre de fournir des solutions tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titives en terme de PVA sur tous les segments satellitaires.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le march\u00e9 du spatial est en pleine mutation et voit appara\u00eetre de nouveaux acteurs et de nouvelles initiatives provoquant des ruptures significatives sur le plan industriel. Si l\u2019innovation joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans un environnement comp\u00e9titif, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s doivent optimiser leur processus et leurs activit\u00e9s industrielles pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du march\u00e9 en termes de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la cadence de production.<\/p>\n<p>Thales Alenia Space a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper la production de P.V.A. en utilisant des&nbsp; technologies innovantes qui int\u00e8grent l\u2019assemblage robotis\u00e9 du panneau, la gestion num\u00e9rique des donn\u00e9es et de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, &nbsp;les tests et les contr\u00f4les en ligne ainsi que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e. L\u2019analyse rapide et pertinente des donn\u00e9es intelligentes provenant de multiples sources am\u00e8ne de la valeur ajout\u00e9e et de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Avec la cr\u00e9ation de ce centre \u00e0 Hasselt, Thales Alenia Space confirme sa position d\u2019avant-gardiste sur le plan de l\u2019innovation digitale ainsi que sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accompagner ses partenaires dans l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019industrie spatiale. Ce site de production sera un des premiers au niveau mondial \u00e0 utiliser des automates programmables pour ce type de produits spatiaux&nbsp;\u00bb, <\/em>a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jean Lo\u00efc Galle, Pr\u00e9sident Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Thales Alenia Space.<\/p>\n<p>Les op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication veulent des solutions flexibles et agiles, des produits innovants et fiables, de la visibilit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el sur l&rsquo;avancement industriel, une grande tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et une compression des cycles.
