De plus, les vitesses de transmission ont augment\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;utilisation r\u00e9cente du multiplexage spatial, et les investigations en vue de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une structure 2&#215;2-MIMO pour les smartphones haut de gamme ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9.Toutefois, ces tendances vont de pair avec une complexit\u00e9 croissante des circuits d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, une augmentation des points de contact et une surface de montage plus importante par rapport aux anciennes structures.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, la technologie brevet\u00e9e de c\u00e9ramique monolithique et les techniques de conception des semi-conducteurs propri\u00e9taires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er un sous-module RF qui int\u00e8gre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels n\u00e9cessaires au circuit d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLa surface de montage et les points de contact diminuent ainsi sensiblement par rapport aux circuits utilisant l&rsquo;ancienne structure discr\u00e8te. On gagne \u00e9galement de la place pour les conceptions des \u00e9quipementiers en contribuant \u00e0 une meilleure utilisation des ressources d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes et \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction des cycles de d\u00e9veloppement du produit. Ce minuscule sous-module mesure 3,0 x 3,0 x 0,9 mm au maximum.<\/p>\n<p>Destin\u00e9 aux appareils mobiles comme les smartphones et les tablettes PC, ce module est compatible WiFi 2,4 GHz, 5 GHz, IEEE802.11a\/b\/g\/n\/ac et int\u00e8gre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels requis tels que PA, LNA, commutateur RF, filtre, duplexeur et coupleur.
